Supplies 

The Board has a new member to take over the Supplies function.   Charlie Britton has accepted this position.   Below are listed the many jobs he has to do.  Any help you would like to offer Charlie would certainly be appreciated.    He can be contacted at supplies@emmaussem.org

Job Description

PURPOSE: Serve the Lord with gladness!

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

1.  Maintaining and storing mattress and mattress covers.

2. Wash mattress covers after each walk.

3.  Maintaining an inventory and restocking all Walk supplies necessary for an Emmaus weekend.

4.  Magic markers are to be given to each table as an agape gift.

5.  Check and maintain communion set and make sure cloths are clean.

6.  Make arrangements to have the trailer moved to Walk site Thursday afternoon of the walk. Coordinate with Lay Director.

7.  At the conclusion of weekend make sure all supplies are collected and stored at the Walk site between Men and Women's Walk's if possible.    If not allowed place back on trailer until Women's Walk

8. At conclusion of the Women's Walk make arrangements to have trailer (s) moved to Emmaus storage site.
