Sponsor Commitment letter

Emmaus Application: MS Word

1. The Pilgrim with his/her Sponsor submits an application to attend a walk
2. Application is received by Registrar
3. Approx. 6-8 weeks prior to walk Registrar mails letter of acceptance to Pilgrim and Sponsor with details (Note: this is the ONLY letter you will receive with information.  If you have questions, please contact Caron.)
4. Pilgrim and Sponsor contact Registrar immediately to secure their position on the walk – or to decline participation.
5. Sponsor escorts Pilgrim to the walk!
